I cannot fault the staff at all, they're very friendly. My issue is the time it takes to get prescriptions available which is partly down to Doctors surgery next door. Every since Boots took over, prescriptions can be delayed upto 4 days. The staff do there upmost to sort it out but sometimes it leads to important medication having to be skipped until after weekend. As I say it's is also down to St John's Surgery next door as they said and I quote, "You only had that medication on the 1st, You don't need anymore of that!!" Well guess what I've ran out again and this leads to my mental health being ill maintained!! I've stuffered over 20 years from said condition, have complained to my NHS Cpn and may have to take it futher with a complaint to Pals regarding surgery aswell as look into a complaint against boots. It never happened before Boots took of from Independent pharmacy/chemist. Phones don't get answered either and I live 8 9 miles away so can be costly to travel for no meds to be ready and available. St Johns surgery and Boots seem to pass the book between each other as who's fault it is. As said staff at boots are lovely and I can't thank them enough.
