I would like to praise Lorraine who served me today at 12.13pm. I had loaded up my groceries at the checkout bemoaning I had forgotten an item. She graciously offered and proceeded to pack my bags whilst I returned to the shop to get that item, saving me valuable time. All done with a friendly smile .
