After paying in cheques via the outside ATM for the first time I walked away leaving my card in the machine. (My own fault) The following day went to the branch and retrieved it. Soon after I was invited by email to complete a survey of my branch visit experience. I didn’t give top marks as I felt that I should have been able to pay in over the counter. However, on reflection and after a very pleasant phone call from the branch I would like to say what a fantastic team they are at Penzance where I have banked for around 30 years. There are doing a great job in these difficult times and reducing the queues by asking people to use the ATM when poss.
